CommentSelling

When CommentSold purchased PopShopLive, the intention had always been to expand the functionality of the marketplace and lives by adding additional social selling features to the product. CommentSold cut our teeth on comment selling on Facebook, and we recently restarted work on the next generation of the feature with our CommentChat. With CommentChat, shops could create and publish shoppable links that would automatically idetify keywords in TikTok and Instagram video comments and send them a shoppable link.

In addition to giving PopShoppers the ability to purchase products via comments, CommentChat also integrated the backend of PSL with CommentSold. PSL stores could now access our dropshipping catalog, tag products via the commentselling tool, and publish clips while holding zero inventory. This greatly expanding their choice of products and reduced inventory related delays to almost zero.
