When I joined skykick, the primary focus was still our MS365 Migration suite. As it turns out, migrating a user to MS365 was just start of the process. There was still the management of licenses, adding and removing users, security, and multi-device and platform support. And, while IT pros had access to various tools that could mange each function seperately, there was no single product that could combine all their software reqs into a single, extendable platform that allowed scripting without launching a console.
Cloud Manager took all these requirements and packaged them into a single product that acts as a incredibly powerful Skykick Command hub. A lead designer, I worked with our product directors to research, conceptualize, and design the workflow portion of the product which allowed users to build out custom flows and automations for each indivdual role and/or company.
